Make a request
Email support@teletools.ca and state whether you want to:
- know what personal information Teletools holds about you;
- correct account information;
- delete eligible search history;
- close your account and delete eligible account information; or
- raise a privacy concern.
Include the telephone number associated with the account, but do not send passwords, verification codes, or complete payment-card information.
Identity verification
Before disclosing, changing, or deleting account information, Teletools may contact you through the associated telephone number or use another reasonable method to confirm that you control the account.
Information that may remain
Deletion does not necessarily remove records that Teletools reasonably needs for completed transactions, accounting, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or legal obligations. Information that no longer identifies you may also remain in aggregate statistics.
Google access
Business Profile Management is planned and does not currently accept Google Account authorization. Future instructions for reviewing and revoking Google access are described on the Google Account Data page.
