Effective date: August 29, 2026
These terms apply to services operated by Teletools Information Services (“Teletools”), based in Ontario, Canada. By using a Teletools service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Using the services
You may use Teletools for lawful purposes. Do not use the services to deceive another person, interfere with service operation, gain unauthorized access, harass others, or violate another person's rights.
You are responsible for activity performed through your telephone number or account and for keeping account credentials private. You must be authorized to use any payment method you provide.
Information services
Information may come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Business information, Wikipedia content, directions, hours, prices, accessibility details, reviews, and similar information should be confirmed with the original source when accuracy is important.
Teletools does not provide emergency, medical, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on Teletools to contact emergency services.
Charges and payments
Teletools may provide limited free usage and charge for additional usage. Current charges are announced by telephone before paid usage. You may decline a paid action.
Electronic payments may be processed by Stripe, and Teletools may also accept cheque payments. You are responsible for charges you authorize. Contact support@teletools.ca promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.
Calling businesses and other parties
If a Teletools service connects your call to another party, that party is independent from Teletools. Normal carrier, long-distance, or other telephone charges may apply. Teletools is not responsible for the products, services, availability, conduct, or statements of a listed business or other third party.
Availability and changes
Services may be unavailable, changed, limited, or discontinued. A feature described as planned or in development is not a promise that it will be released.
Third-party services
Teletools relies on external information, telephone, speech, artificial-intelligence, mapping, hosting, and payment services. Their availability and their own terms may affect Teletools.
Responsibility
Teletools provides its services on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Teletools is not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by inaccurate third-party information, service interruptions, telecommunications failures, or unauthorized use outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use
You may stop using Teletools at any time and may request deletion of eligible information. Teletools may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect callers, third parties, or service operation. Financial, security, and dispute records may be retained where necessary.
Changes and contact
Teletools may update these terms when its services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
Questions, complaints, and billing concerns can be sent to support@teletools.ca.
