Manage useful profile information by telephone
Teletools plans to offer an accessible telephone service through which authorized merchants can hear and manage selected information on their Google Business Profiles.
Planned features include hearing current profile information, updating regular and special hours, managing supported contact and service information, hearing reviews, preparing owner replies, creating posts, and hearing pending profile updates.
Merchant control
The service will be limited to profiles that a merchant is authorized to manage. Google may require the merchant to sign in, grant consent, confirm ownership, or complete another verification step. Teletools will not ask callers for their Google passwords.
Callers will hear and confirm proposed changes before Teletools submits them. Google may review a change and may choose not to publish it.
Status
This service depends on Google approval and further development. Teletools does not currently offer Business Profile management or collect Google Account authorization through this website.
